It's hard to say goodbye.
Dubai, has shown me a great deal to learn; both good and bad. I really like this place. But, well, the time I spent with my dad, was most memorable.
The sole reason, I came to this place was to be with my dad; he was alone, I was alone and we needed each other to look after. I came here and I learnt a lot from my dad.
The most memorable time, was during our Eid holidays; when we went on a trip to Al Ain.
Al Ain, yes, the place was beautiful.
We had a small lunch (our Eid biryani), and after that we set off back to Dubai. We chatted and we talked all the way.
Then, the next day, we went on a dhow cruise. It was fun! We had a great view of the Dubai Marina; it was rather, a feast to our eyes, as we saw the various marvels of man, being capable of designing beautiful pieces of architecture, as if the buildings itself were plunged down by God's hands.
These days, were really memorable. They were, an integral part, of my time in Dubai.
Sometimes, I wonder, what I'm going through. But, yes, like a coin has two sides, there was a time when I had to be pensive. There were the good times, but then, there were also some bad times.
But, I try to forget the bad times and focus on the good ones. The only thing I keep in mind, is to remember what I learnt from my bad times and use it for the greater good of people. And also, I believe that God knows what I'm going through and I place my trust upon him.
Like my teacher said, "Look at your life backwards, but live it forward."
